2. Refunds for Digital Products

Where possible, we may first offer a replacement file or corrected version instead of a refund.

4. Download or Access Problems

If you paid for a product but cannot access or download it, please contact us.

Before requesting a refund, please allow us an opportunity to resolve the problem. We may provide:

5. Customized Digital Products

Some DOORAA PDF products may be customized with information provided by the customer, such as a name or other personalization.

Because customized products are created specifically according to the information submitted by the customer, customized digital products may not be eligible for a refund after production or delivery, except where required by applicable law or where the product contains an error caused by us.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling and information submitted for customization.
